We are constantly bombarded by ways and advice on how to lead a healthier life. A lot of us are left with no action due to feeling overwhelmed to make the necessary changes! Here are 10 easy and some less typical tips to help you improve your health and overall well-being.

Try to introduce more “good” foods into your diet.


 4. Take care to eat healthy

Your digestive system interacts with other parts of your body. It can impact positively on the overall health.  9. Relationships
 
 Studies reveal that for humans to live a healthy and happy life, we need to build strong support networks and relationships. Having friends is good for our well-being!
